Why not list my home with a broker first?
Listing with a broker is the way most people go. I work with realtors all the time.
Listing with a Realtor is your best choice if:
-
Your house is in great shape, and
-
You expect to get full appraised value for your property, and
-
You’re not in a hurry to sell, and You’re willing to pay a broker 6% of your equity, and
-
You’re willing to show your house to tire kickers and look sees, and
-
You’re willing to wait weeks or perhaps months for an offer, and
-
You’re willing to wait 30 to 60 days for your buyer to get financed,
If this is you, then Addison County Homebuyers is not your first choice.
But if you want to be clear of your property quickly, with a no contingency offer, then give us a call.
We solve problems. We eliminate hassles. We let you get on with your life.
