We are Addison County Homebuyers. My name is Tony Bates. I own the corporation with my wife. I am a lifelong Vermonter and have been an Addison County resident since 1986.

I live in Leicester, Vermont with my wife and three sons.

We are private investors. We own numerous rental properties in Addison County and Brandon. We’ve been active in Real Estate since 2001.

We started Addison County Homebuyers in 2005.

I love all aspects of real estate and get a charge out of solving problems for sellers as well as getting hard working people into their dream homes.

Listing with a broker is the way most people go. I work with realtors all the time.

Listing with a Realtor is your best choice if:

2. You expect to get full appraised value for your property, and

3. You’re not in a hurry to sell, and You’re willing to pay a broker 6% of your equity, and

4. You’re willing to show your house to tire kickers and look sees, and
